Crosstrainers

Crosstrainers is a 9-week “couch to 5k/10k” training program that intertwines faith and fitness.  Attendees will be provided a full training program and encouraged to meet in-person one or more days of each week with a trainer.  Training corresponds with the 11th Annual “Run 4 Miles” fundraising event on Sept. 30th, 2023. Crosstrainers is FREE with your “Run 4 Miles” registration (HERE).
